  • Incorrect fit or preference

  • Damage caused after delivery

Faulty or Defective Items

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the item you receive has a factory fault or manufacturing defect.

Once assessed, if the fault is confirmed:

  • We will provide a replacement or refund

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
